To download and setup the Mobile Softphone:
1. From the app store on your phone search for OfficeSuite MySoftPhone
| Select the Install button. 
 2. After the app has been installed, open the app and sign in using your MyOfficeSuite credentials. This will be your Pemberton username @pemb.org plus the password you use to log into the MyOfficeSuite site. 
 Once signed in, you will receive a prompt that describes that 911 services are available through the user's native mobile device and not through the Mobile Softphone.

| 3. To verify that you can receive calls over cellular data, select the settings icon (gear) >>Preferences | 

| 4. On the Preferences screen under Mobile Data Network, make sure both Use When Available and Allow VoIP Calls are enabled. | 

| 5. Select the Dialpad icon on the bottom left of the screen.You should now see Phone Ready across the top of the page. |
