To add a document to a req in CSI, follow the below steps:

Enter req as you normally would

Click on the scanner () to the top left on the ribbon

You will be presented with the below screen

Click the insert button to the top right of the ribbon

You will then be presented with a window that will allow you to browse your PC for the appropriate document (screenshot below)

Select the document type and click “OK”

You will then see the document in the window (CSI will choose the name of the document)

If the scanner button has a green background, this indicates that there is a document attached to the req/PO

If you want to review the attached document, you can double click on it to open it

To delete a document, ensure the document you want to delete is highlighted in blue and press the “delete” key on your keyboard

To access the document once you have closed the window, click on the scanner button at the top left
