Step 1: Download and install an OTP Authenticator App (A free app) • The most popular apps are Google Authenticator for iPhone and Android Phones and Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phones.

 

Step 2: After logging in, you will be prompted to complete the one-time password authentication setup. Please review the directions and click Enable to proceed. 

 

 

Step 3: You only have to do the initial set up once. You have the option to enter the key in your app directly or scan the QR code. 

 

 

 

Step 4: Once the key is accepted, a 6-digit code will show on the next screen. This code is used for your 2-factor login: 

 

 

 

Step 5: Log into Genesis. Enter this code after typing your username and password on the login screen: 

 

 

 

Step 6: Login
